Rolling Ninjas: Gravity Shift (the “Game”) is developed and published by Samuel Hajnik Games (“we”, “us”, or “our”). This policy explains what information the Game collects and why.
Information we collect
The Game does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, files, or precise location.
The Android version uses Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. These services may automatically collect:
- approximate location derived from a masked IP address, such as country or general region;
- gameplay and app-interaction information, such as level attempts, difficulty selections, progress, results, collected coins, customization choices, and the type of hazard involved when a Ninja is lost;
- app and device information, such as app version, operating-system version, device model, language, and general app state;
- crash reports, stack traces, diagnostics, and technical performance information; and
- pseudonymous app-instance, Firebase installation, and Crashlytics installation identifiers.
The Game may record coarse coordinates inside a game level when a Ninja is lost. These are positions in the fictional game world, not the player’s physical location.
How we use information
We use this information only to:
- understand how the Game is played;
- balance levels, difficulty, hazards, rewards, and features;
- identify where players encounter problems; and
- diagnose crashes and improve stability and performance.
The Game does not display advertising. Advertising-ID collection and personalized-advertising signals are disabled. We do not sell personal data or use the collected information for targeted advertising.
Service providers
Google processes analytics and crash-reporting data on our behalf through Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. Firebase encrypts this information in transit. Google may use subprocessors to provide these services in accordance with its terms and privacy documentation.
For more information, see the Google Privacy Policy and Firebase privacy and security information.
Retention and deletion
Firebase retains information according to the applicable Firebase product settings and retention policies. Crashlytics crash data and associated identifiers are generally retained for a limited period; aggregated or de-identified statistics may be retained longer.
Because the Game has no user accounts and does not collect names, email addresses, or an application-defined user ID, we generally cannot associate Firebase records with a named person or locate a specific player’s telemetry. Clearing the Game’s app data or uninstalling the Game stops future collection from that installation; reinstalling may create a new pseudonymous installation identifier.
Children
The Game is intended for players aged 13 and over. It is not specifically directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the Game, its services, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will be updated when we make changes.
